Who we are. Rogat Ltd. (“Rogat”, “we”, “us”) is an engineering and product-development company providing software, computer-vision, mechanical and systems services to organizations. We operate the website rogat.co.il and its sub-pages (the “Site”).

This Policy explains what personal data we collect from website visitors, prospects/clients, suppliers, and job candidates; how we use and share it; where we store it; retention; your rights; and how to contact us.

You are not legally required to provide personal data. If you choose not to, we may be unable to respond to an inquiry, evaluate a candidacy, or enter into/perform a contract.

  • Business contact enrichment (e.g., LinkedIn/public sources), referrals, event organizers, recruitment platforms, background-check vendors (where lawful and relevant to the role).

 

We do not ask clients to provide us with their end-user personal data and we do not run a multi-tenant SaaS collecting such data. Project materials that contain personal data should be minimized and shared only where contractually agreed.

  • Respond to inquiries and provide proposals (legitimate interests; pre-contractual steps).
  • Perform contracts and manage projects, support, deliveries and invoicing (contract performance; legal obligations).
  • Operate, secure and improve the Site, IT and business processes (legitimate interests).
  • Recruitment: evaluate and communicate with candidates (legitimate interests; consent where required).
  • Compliance & record-keeping (legal obligations).
  • Marketing communications about our services (consent where required; you may unsubscribe at any time).

  • Service providers / processors (hosting, IT/security, analytics, CRM/email, applicant-tracking, document/signature tools). They may access data solely to provide their services under confidentiality and data-processing terms.

  • Corporate events (merger/acquisition) subject to appropriate safeguards.
  • Legal authorities where required by law, to protect rights, safety and security.

We do not sell personal data.

Data may be stored/processed in Israel, the EEA, the UK and the US. Where required, we use lawful transfer mechanisms (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses/UK IDTA) and implement appropriate safeguards.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal/accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize it under our retention policy.

  • Typical examples:
  • Inquiries: up to 24 months after last activity.
  • Contracts & finance: 7 years (or as required by law).
  • Recruitment: up to 24 months for future openings (unless you request earlier deletion).
  1. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to our business (access controls, MFA where applicable, encryption in transit, backups, least-privilege, logging). No system is 100% secure; please notify us promptly of any suspected issue.

Subject to applicable law (e.g., Israel Privacy Protection Law; GDPR if you are in the EEA/UK), you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object, portability, and to withdraw consent (for marketing / optional processing).

  1. Children

Our Site and services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe we have, please contact us to delete it.

The Site may link to third-party websites/services. Their practices are governed by their own privacy policies.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site and/or sent by email where appropriate.
